2.       Strong mercury in 9^th house in malefic influence.

3.       Mars in third house with out benefic influence.

4.       Fourth or ninth lord placed in 6^th house.

5.       Mercury in Aries and malefic aspect on fourth house.

6.       Fourth house in Paap Kartari.

7.       Eighth or tenth lord is in fourth house.

Mercury-Mars conjunction in sixth house showing Kapat yog. 4 lord mercury in 6 house is conforming the above yog.

Nishkapat Yog

1.       If fourth house contain exalted planet.

2.       If fourth lord is in fourth house.

3.       If fourth lord is strong and fourth house is aspected by friendly planets.

4.       If lagan lord is in fourth and aspected by benefic planet.

In this chart fourth lord is placed in fourth house. Jupiter being natural benefic placed in fourth house. Venus exalted in seventh house aspecting ascendant representing clean hearted personality or Nishkapat yoga.
